What a great experience, from start to finish. This whole office is filled with kindness and compassion: no one judged my awful mouth of rotten teeth when I first came in. Each room I went to was spotless - cleanliness is obviously of utmost importance here. The staff from the front desk all the way up to Dr. Henry are all brimming with professionalism, and importantly to me, friendliness. If anyone in the office was having a bad day at anytime I ever visited, I never knew. It was smiles and good vibes at all times. Dr. Henry was always mindful of any potential pain during my procedures, asking multiple times if I felt okay, and at one point numbing me a bit more to keep me comfortable. I really appreciated that Dr. Henry never came across as pretentious or holier than thou. His easy going demeanor kept me relaxed and eager to proceed with getting my teeth fixed. And fixed they were, in a very professional, safe, and timely manner. I'm very grateful for Dr. Henry and his entire staff. I haven't been able to grin a full-toothed grin in 15 years...until the other day. I'm very satisfied.
